We are looking for a Senior MLOps Engineer with solid Databricks experience to lead the development, automation, and optimization of our Machine Learning pipelines in a high-performance cloud environment. You will be a key player in industrializing ML models and evolving our advanced data and analytics platform. What will be your role? * Design, implement, and maintain scalable and robust Machine Learning pipelines using Databricks, MLflow, and Delta Lake. * Develop advanced MLOps practices: versioning, CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and model governance. * Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Architecture teams to ensure efficient, reproducible, and secure deployments. * Optimize costs, performance, and traceability in cloud environments (Azure/AWS). * Define best practices and engineering standards applied to ML. * Manage and improve infrastructure required for the full model lifecycle. * Provide technical vision, mentoring, and leadership for MLOps initiatives within the area. Your profile: * +4–5 years of experience in MLOps or Machine Learning Engineering environments. * Expert-level proficiency in Databricks (Jobs, Workflows, Repos, Model Serving). * Experience with MLflow, Delta Lake, and Spark. * Solid knowledge of CI/CD (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions / Jenkins). * Experience deploying ML models on Azure, AWS, or GCP. * Strong Python and SQL skills. * Familiarity with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). * Knowledge of observability practices: logging, metrics, monitoring, and alerting. Desirable qualifications: * Certifications in Databricks or Cloud. * Experience working with Data Science teams. * Experience in modern data architecture (Lakehouse).
