You will contribute to the maintenance and adaptation of the PeopleNet platform (Payroll Software), providing basic technical and functional support to our customers, and participating in application development and customization under supervision. You will join the team responsible for resolving incidents, learning sound development practices, and ensuring the quality of delivered solutions. As a Developer, you will: * Provide technical-functional support to customers, identifying and escalating low-to-moderate complexity incidents. * Participate in application development and customization using the internal LN4 language, under guidance and mentorship from more senior team members. * Prepare clear and concise documentation on implemented solutions and changes made. * Collaborate with internal teams during testing and deployment of fixes or enhancements. * Learn and apply sound development practices and internal standards. * Contribute to continuous process improvement by adhering to team-defined procedures and KPIs. **About You** -------------------- * Technical education in **Computer Science, Software Engineering**, or related fields. * Knowledge of **object-oriented development** in languages such as C++, C#, Java, or Python. * Ability to learn quickly and solve technical and functional problems with team support. * Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with a customer-oriented approach. * Interest in learning about **payroll management** and the **PeopleNet platform**. * Basic proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and aptitude for learning new support and development tools. *Beyond professional skills, we seek talented individuals eager to demonstrate and explore their potential—opening up new opportunities with us.
