You’ll work closely with **data engineers, analysts, and marketing tech teams** to build and maintain reliable, scalable data pipelines that power analytics, automation, and activation across our products. Your mission: support the delivery of **high\-quality, well\-modeled data** that enables our teams to trust and act on insights with confidence. You’ll gain hands\-on experience with tools like **BigQuery, dbt, Prefect, Hightouch, and GTM**, and contribute to building a robust, efficient data ecosystem that fuels Reverse Tech’s growth. **What will you do** Data Engineering * Develop, test, and maintain data pipelines and dbt models to ensure reliable data flow across systems. * Collaborate with analysts to structure datasets that are optimized for reporting and activation. * Support data quality checks, monitoring, and documentation to maintain trust in our data. * Assist with data integrations across tools like Google Tag Manager, Hightouch, Segment, and Braze. Collaboration \& Learning * Work with senior engineers to understand our data architecture and best practices. * Partner with marketing, product and operations teams to help deliver data for targeting, personalization, and measurement. * Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
