Context:
We are seeking a versatile Payroll Technician to join our Human Resources department. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process, labor administration, and responding to employee inquiries, as well as supporting other general tasks within the HR area.
Missions/Main Duties :
* Comprehensive personnel administration management: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and data modifications.
* Preparation and review of payrolls, employment contracts, settlement agreements, and severance payments.
* Management of payroll incidents (IT, holidays, leaves of absence, absenteeism, and variable salary components).
* Processing of Social Security matters, registration, and communications with official agencies (RED System, SILTRA, Social Security, SEPE, and Contrat@).
* Monitoring of the working calendar, holidays, and Employee Portal management.
* Responding to and resolving employee inquiries.
* Managing recruitment and selection processes, from job posting to new employee onboarding.
* Supporting other general tasks within the Human Resources department.
Profile/Skills :
* Minimum 2\-3 years’ experience in payroll and personnel administration.
* Knowledge of labor legislation, Social Security regulations, and payroll management.
* Experience using the RED System, SILTRA, DELTA, and Contrat@.
* Advanced Excel skills; experience with A3Innuva Nómina is a plus.
* Experience in recruitment processes and other generalist HR functions will be valued.
* Organized, solution-oriented individual with planning ability, **confidentiality**, and attention to detail.
