





We are looking for an Administrative Assistant profile to join our Financial Department. The main responsibilities will include executing and managing payment and collection batches, recording accounting entries, and tracking orders within the company's structure. It is essential that you have advanced proficiency in the Office suite, experience with ERP systems, and strong skills in online banking management. Additionally, previous experience in a similar role and administrative training are required. The position offers a permanent contract. Working hours are from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 to 18:15, and on Fridays from 8:30 to 14:30. The offered salary is 1,500 euros gross per month.
