We are seeking an IT/OT Operations Analyst whose primary mission will be to manage end-to-end infrastructure and workplace operations—ensuring stability, security, and efficiency—with deep technical expertise equivalent to that of an architect. Key Responsibilities **Manage global operations for:** Workplace / End User Computing On-premises and cloud infrastructure Service and vendor management (N1–N3) Ensure SLAs, availability, continuity, and performance Manage critical incidents (major incidents) and problem management Coordinate transitions from projects Drive automation and standardization Act as a senior cross-functional technical reference **Required Profile:** English C1 (daily conversation).
