**ABOUT THIS ACTIVITY** Concentration, attention, memory... human beings have numerous tools to face the challenges of daily life, but we do not always know how they work, how to use them, or how to develop them. In this workshop, we will present some basic concepts drawn from both philosophy and psychology regarding various cognitive abilities, along with practical exercises that can help us further develop them for everyday life. This activity is part of the celebration of World Philosophy Day. * **ATTENDANCE CONFIRMATION REQUIRED BY CALLING 915 228 730** * **Schedule from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 18:00 to 21:00** * **ABOUT WORLD PHILOSOPHY DAY** In 2005, UNESCO proclaimed the third Thursday of November each year as World Philosophy Day, aiming primarily to promote an international culture of philosophical debate that respects human dignity and diversity. Nueva Acrópolis has been active worldwide for 68 years as a school of philosophy promoting culture and practicing volunteerism, making it natural for us to join this observance. In recent years, including this one, we have chosen the theme "Towards Unity through Diversity" for our activities. **FREE ENTRY**
