Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to prepare and develop technical and economic proposals for tenders, ensuring competitiveness and value for the company. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a candidate to prepare and develop technical and economic proposals for public and private tenders and competitions. The primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and proper submission of these proposals, aiming to secure construction contracts that meet the client's highest technical requirements while offering competitiveness and real value to the company. Candidates should be solution-oriented, innovative, and analytical, with initiative. They must combine strong planning and organizational skills with an effective work methodology and proactivity, and be capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy, responsibility, and commitment. Tasks include detailed analysis of tender documents and projects, requesting quotations from suppliers, developing economic proposals with itemized cost breakdowns, reviewing and preparing technical documentation, and rigorously monitoring the entire proposal submission process. A degree in Technical Architecture or Engineering is required, along with 3–5 years of prior experience in similar roles as a study technician. Direct site experience is considered a plus. The contract is permanent and full-time, with remuneration ranging from €3,000 to €3,300.
