This role will play a **key part in ensuring the successful development and execution of our new retail projects** across these markets. If you share our passion for creativity, design, and innovation, this is the place for you. **Ready to walk with us?** We’ll give you a deeper look into the role: * Negotiation and supervision of architects’ and construction budgets to align them with the company’s objectives. * Supervision of technical analyses of retail spaces and feasibility studies for new store openings, new construction, renovations, and interior architecture projects, in collaboration with our architecture firm. * Study and analysis of current regulations in each country to carry out store openings. * Monitoring of checklist compliance and store layouts prior to construction. * Technical review and regulatory compliance of commercial spaces before contracting. * Joint work and supervision of the external architecture service. * You will travel to expansion cities to visit and assess potential retail locations. **Interested?** **Here's the kind of profile we're looking for** ️‍️ * Someone with a background in Technical Architecture, Arquitecture or Engineering * We’re looking for someone with previous experience — ideally **with at least 3 years** **performing similar duties**. * Strong knowledge of **AutoCAD** and **advanced Excel**. * **International experience.** This is not your typical job post saying you need a "**high level of English** " and then never using it — we are an international company expanding globally, so **you’ll be using English** **every single day**.
