This growth stems from the successful implementation of collaboration strategies with our internal clients at AECOM in regions such as the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, and others. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Senior Drafter with experience in bridge and structural projects** and strong proficiency in REVIT or MicroStation to join our experienced and ambitious Bridges and Structures team. We work across various design phases, from feasibility studies to detailed engineering, on a wide range of projects—both independent bridge and structure initiatives and multidisciplinary team efforts. Our clients span both public and private sectors, including long-term framework agreements with numerous Local Authorities and Design and Build commissions for major Contractors. Our office has a strong track record of successful designs over many years for the United States and Australia, not to mention Canada and the Middle East. If selected, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the world’s most iconic transportation projects as part of a diverse, multicultural team within the Enterprise Capabilities Europe Center (Spain and Poland). **The responsibilities of the role include:** * Minimum of 10 years of experience as a drafter in bridge and structural projects. * Serve as CAD Lead or CAD Manager when required, assigning tasks to the project’s CAD drafting team, managing progress against schedules, and providing necessary technical support to team members. * Analyze and incorporate project-specific CAD standards into the design. * Prepare 2D CAD drawings from sketches, notes, and previous examples. * Perform quality checks on work produced by others according to each project’s applicable procedures. * Work in a team-based environment requiring coordination with colleagues across different offices. * Carry out responsibilities under limited supervision. * Our experienced team is expanding following many years of successful bridge design work in the United States, Australia, Canada, and the Middle East.
