You will be part of the site team as a **Budget \& Certifications Specialist**, whose main mission will be to carry out the necessary measurements, certifications, and budgets for the proper execution of construction works by collecting and analyzing technical data, supervising materials and resources, conducting site visits, and managing associated documentation, contributing to project cost control, compliance with established deadlines, and ensuring technical quality at each development stage. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Carry out daily monitoring and tracking of measurements, both on-site and in digital format, ensuring compliance with project technical specifications. * Prepare measurement reports, drawings, construction details, and 2D and 3D models for executive projects. * Conduct site visits to verify measurements, quantities, material conditions, and actual project requirements. * Quantify required materials and estimate associated costs, contributing to the project's economic planning. * Collaborate in the preparation, review, and comparative analysis of construction budgets and supplier/subcontractor proposals. * Support the supervision and control of unit prices, ensuring their alignment with established standards. * Analyze technical specifications and drawings to validate the consistency of measurements and quantities with project requirements. * Conduct market research and comparative analysis of suppliers/subcontractors under the Manager's supervision. * Coordinate and manage technical and economic documentation related to construction measurements and budgets. **We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:** * Higher Technician qualification in Building Projects or equivalent professional certification enabling drafting practice in Spain. * 3 to 5 years of experience in performing measurements for construction works in hotel complexes, either from a contractor, engineering, or architectural perspective. * Proficiency in CAD software, especially AutoCAD, as well as other technical design tools. * Advanced skills in SketchUp or similar 3D modeling programs. * Solid knowledge of technical drawing, construction materials, and processes. * Familiarity with urban planning regulations applicable in Tenerife. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Experience using Presto for budgeting and measurements. * Ability to accurately interpret and execute designs, ensuring the project's technical consistency.
