At Scalta Arquitectura, a Technical Design and Development Manager plays a key role in the conception, design, and execution of architectural projects, as well as in monitoring their construction. In this position, you will be responsible for carrying out all design and technical phases, from site identification to construction supervision, ensuring compliance with regulations and client satisfaction, whom you will serve directly. We are looking for someone with strong teamwork skills and effective communication abilities with clients, surveyors, builders, and municipal technicians. RESPONSIBILITIES **Task breakdown:** \- Evaluate and analyze plots for new projects (topographic and geotechnical analysis). \- Research and understand local and regional building regulations. \- Develop initial blueprints, incorporating client preferences and ensuring technical feasibility. \- Develop the design, making adjustments according to client needs and regulatory constraints. \- Create realistic 3D infographics to visualize the proposed design. \- Review and discuss the infographics with the client to obtain approval. \- Prepare the complete execution project once the design is fully defined. \- Perform structural calculations, installation designs, drafting, technical reports, and quantity takeoffs to include in the execution project. \- Coordinate procedures with Architects' Associations and Town Councils. \- Manage obtaining all necessary permits to start construction. \- Monitor construction progress during the building phase. \- Resolve technical issues arising during construction and adjust the design when necessary. **Contract type:** Permanent **Working hours:** Full-time **Work mode:** Remote **Required qualification:** No minimum qualification required; all candidates with the ability to perform the described tasks may apply **Salary:** Salary range to be determined based on experience between 26,000 and 35,000€ gross annually **Experience:** Minimum demonstrable experience of 3 years **Working hours:** Monday to Friday from 7:30h-15:30h **Residence location:** Proven residence within an approximate radius of 100 km up to Tres Cantos **Own vehicle:** Required
