




At Scalta Arquitectura, a Design and Technical Development Manager plays a key role in the conception, design, and execution of architectural projects, as well as in the supervision of construction. In this position, you will be responsible for managing all design and technical phases, from site identification to construction supervision, ensuring compliance with regulations and client satisfaction through direct client interaction. We are looking for someone with strong teamwork skills and effective communication abilities with clients, site managers, contractors, and municipal technicians. RESPONSIBILITIES **Task breakdown:** \- Evaluate and analyze land plots for new projects (topographic and geotechnical analysis). \- Research and understand local and regional building regulations. \- Develop initial plans, incorporating client preferences while ensuring technical feasibility. \- Develop designs, making adjustments according to client needs and regulatory constraints. \- Create realistic 3D visualizations to illustrate proposed designs. \- Review and discuss visualizations with the client to obtain approval. \- Prepare the complete construction project documentation once the design is fully defined. \- Perform structural calculations, installation design, drafting, technical reports, and quantity takeoffs to include in the construction project. \- Coordinate procedures with Architects' Associations and City Councils. \- Manage the acquisition of all necessary permits to begin construction. \- Monitor construction progress during the building phase. \- Resolve technical issues arising during construction and adjust designs when necessary. **Contract type:** Permanent **Workload:** Full-time **Work mode:** Remote work **Required qualification:** No minimum formal qualification required; candidates must demonstrate the ability to carry out the tasks described **Salary:** Salary range to be determined based on experience, between €26,000 and €35,000 gross annually **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years proven experience **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM **Residence requirement:** Proof of residence within approximately 60 km radius of Talavera de la Reina **Own vehicle:** Required
