We are currently seeking 2 Caregivers to join our center located in Madrid, ALICIA KOPLOWITZ, where you will carry out the following responsibilities: * Provide direct care, personal support, training, and supervision for activities related to self-care and daily living, promoting autonomy in this area and in users’ interactions with their environment. * Maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards according to each user’s individual care plan, respecting their privacy. * Organize users’ schedules and maintain appropriate daily and mealtime routines by adhering to internal regulations; monitor and supervise users’ sleep hours and ensure rest is carried out correctly. * Properly use technical aids and communication systems for those users who require them. * Provide individualized accompaniment and support to users to improve their physical, psychological, and psychosocial functioning. Requirements: Official qualification: Medium-level vocational training modules; Nursing Care Technicians, Socio-healthcare Technicians, or Professional Certification.
