Coordinate with the purchasing department We seek a proactive and organized individual to join our team and play a key role in managing and improving production processes. A strong commitment to efficiency and planning is essential to contribute to organizational growth. Responsibilities include interpreting and preparing technical drawings and component breakdowns, which will serve as the basis for creating detailed work orders. This task is fundamental to ensuring that each stage of the production process is clearly defined and easily understood by teams. Active participation in production planning across various production lines is another important function. This requires close collaboration with area supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient assembly line operations. Production staff will be managed to ensure appropriate task distribution and a productive working environment. Coordination with the purchasing department to guarantee timely availability of raw materials will help avoid potential delays. Collaboration on continuous improvement projects with the technical office will identify opportunities and implement solutions to optimize workflow. A background in Technical Engineering or Technical Architecture—or a Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) with CAD and office software knowledge—is preferred. At least one year of relevant experience, an intermediate-to-advanced level of English, and competent use of CAD tools and Excel are required. Strong concentration ability, quick learning capacity, and adaptability to dynamic, multitasking environments are highly valued. Full-time temporary contract. Education: Technical Engineering or Technical Architecture degree (or CFGS with CAD and office software knowledge). Minimum one year of experience in a similar position. Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. Intermediate-level proficiency in CAD and Excel. Ability to concentrate, learn quickly, and adapt to dynamic, multitasking environments.
