**STORE ASSISTANT – MÁLAGA** At MIMÍKOKÓ, we are expanding our team at our physical store in the center of Málaga. We are a Malaga-based jewelry brand specializing in 18-karat gold pieces, currently experiencing strong growth. We are looking for someone eager to become part of our daily in-store operations, learn alongside our team, and grow within a healthy, friendly, and youthful work environment. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** We seek a candidate to join us as a store assistant, with prior experience in sales and customer service. Previous experience in jewelry or the retail sector will be especially valued, although it is not mandatory. For us, what matters most is finding a responsible, organized, solution-oriented individual with enthusiasm to learn. We aim to hire someone with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills—both in face-to-face interactions and across various online customer service channels. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** Your role will combine responsibilities in our physical store and online order management. Your main duties will include: * Customer service, consultation, and sales at our physical store. * Online customer support via email, phone, and WhatsApp—primarily to address inquiries related to orders placed on our website. * Preparation and packaging of online orders. * Support in window display design, product placement, and in-store presentation. * Order tracking and management for web orders using Excel. * Handling customer alterations and repairs for both in-store and online customers. * Organization, restocking, and maintenance of the sales area. * Other tasks related to the daily operation of both our physical store and online channel. **WHAT DO WE VALUE?** * Prior experience in sales and customer service. * Experience in jewelry, fashion, or retail will be an advantage. * Strong communication and commercial skills. * Organizational ability and attention to detail. * Basic proficiency with digital tools and Excel. * A proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented profile. * Ability to work well in a team—we operate with two team members in-store. * Interest in the world of jewelry. * Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow with the company. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * The opportunity to join a rapidly growing Malaga-based company. * Being part of a young, approachable team with a great working atmosphere. * A dynamic position featuring varied tasks and direct customer interaction. * Training and learning opportunities within the jewelry industry. * Full-time employment. * Salary according to collective agreement plus performance-based objectives. * Long-term contract. **WORK SCHEDULE** Full-time schedule with split shifts. Monday to Friday: * 09:30 to 13:30\. * 17:00 to 20:30\. Additionally, two Saturdays per month from 10:30 to 13:30\.
