Job Summary: We are seeking a senior technology leader to drive digital transformation at Deloitte, focused on developing intelligent agents and MCPs (Model Control Planes) powered by generative AI. You will serve as the reference figure for intelligent agents and MCPs development, as well as for the evolution of our AI capabilities within the Deloitte Technology Spain technology ecosystem. Your mission will be to drive the adoption and development of agent- and MCP-based solutions—both on our internal platforms and on Azure—making a decisive contribution to corporate process modernization and automation, turning ideas into tangible, scalable, and impactful solutions while working hand-in-hand with global and multidisciplinary teams. What is the challenge? You will design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents, MCPs, and generative AI–based architectures—ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with our technology strategy. You will provide technical leadership to the team, helping define its structure, roles, and capabilities, as well as identifying needs and fostering its evolution. You will perform hands-on development when required, participating in the development of key components. You will closely collaborate with Solutions, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless integration of new solutions into the Firm’s technology environment and engage with stakeholders. You will contribute to defining standards, patterns, and best practices for developing agents, MCPs, RAGs (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and cognitive services, aligned with Firm policies. You will work with our internal platform (built on Java, React, Python) as well as Azure AI Foundry and advanced AI services, leveraging these tools to build new capabilities that help achieve business objectives. You will ensure integration of agents into real business workflows, promoting interoperability among them. You will drive innovation and continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies, frameworks, and approaches applicable to enterprise AI development. You will operate in a global, collaborative, multicultural environment, contributing to high-impact projects alongside teams from other service lines and geographies. How do we envision you? We seek someone who enjoys creating, researching, experimenting, and transforming ideas into real solutions that deliver tangible business value. **Technical and Professional Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related disciplines. High level of English (B2) and fluency in Spanish. Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-based solutions. Proven experience (5+ years) in software development using C#, Java, Python, Angular, or React. Proven experience in technical management of technology teams and projects, preferably under agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). Solid experience with Azure AI Foundry, RAGs, intelligent agents development, and MCP creation. Ability to lead and define technology strategies. **Preferred Qualifications:** Adaptability to change and experience developing proprietary platforms. Advanced knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture design and implementation, pipeline optimization, and quality evaluation. Experience with Prompt Flow, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Cognitive Search. Proficiency in agent development frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or others). Knowledge of cloud architectures, APIs, microservices, and integration patterns. Ability to communicate and translate business needs into technical solutions. Leadership, mentoring, and multidisciplinary team management skills. Knowledge of service orchestration, microservices, APIs, and integration patterns.
