Maintenance Contract Manager (Málaga)

✨ About the role We are seeking to hire a Maintenance Contract Manager for a major gym network. The position will be based in Málaga. The role’s objective is to manage an FM contract, jointly defining with the client the policies, guidelines, strategies, and resources required to ensure efficient management of the Hard services contracted by the client at its facilities. **Your key responsibilities will include:** Building strong, trust-based relationships with the client. Coordinating facility operations and maintenance (electrical and mechanical services), project works, and facility performance. Managing preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Leading, instructing, and managing all CBRE personnel under your supervision, as well as service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual and corporate objectives. Preparing budgets and technical solutions for issues or needs arising at client properties. Providing pre-advisory support, planning, monitoring, and tracking of construction works at account properties, including review of preliminary designs—supported by the company’s construction and facilities department. Monitoring the profit-and-loss (P\&L) account. Conducting periodic reviews of operational procedures and making recommendations to improve appropriate work practices and emergency/contingency procedures within critical systems. Preparing monthly reports on the status of preventive maintenance, administrative works, construction projects, and investment plans, using the company’s CAFM system. What are we looking for? A university degree in Technical Industrial Engineering or a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is desirable (not mandatory). Minimum 5 years’ experience managing Hard Facility Management services. Experience in financial control. Experience leading technical teams. Willingness to travel across Andalusia and central Spain. English language proficiency will be considered an asset (not mandatory). ✨ What do we offer?
