Candidates may work from anywhere within the Andalucia area with occasional travel to rest of the countries **Position Overview:** * Generate and identify sales opportunities among our customers through training on products, services, and techniques. * Conduct demonstrations, presentations, and courses developed as part of the brand / channel / customer strategy. * Support the freelance team responsible for delivering company training. **Major Duties:** * Create, organize, and deliver in-salon, in-academy, and online courses, aiming to train and generate sales opportunities. * Promote our brand and raise awareness among our retailers. * Know and master all portfolio products theoretically and practically. * Train customers and Business Coaches across all our brands. * Advise and train customers on the "Customer Beauty Experience" strategy (protocols, consultation method, diagnosis, services, routines and rituals, etc.). * Handle administrative tasks related to course organization, room bookings, reporting, scheduling, resolving queries, travel arrangements, etc. * Deliver public presentations to customers, prospects, and/or the commercial team. * Manage social media and digital skills for developing content and implementing online training. * Support Business Coaches / Area Managers in the customer acquisition process and launch phase. * Coordinate and collaborate with Trade Marketing on specific plans linked to customer or channel strategy. * Identify new opportunities to expand non-currently promoted brands/products and generate additional sales. * Properly manage inquiries, issues, and complaints from both internal and external customers. * Report incidents to Marketing for inclusion in the "Quality Notifications" process. * Conduct and/or supervise the cosmetovigilance questionnaire when required. * Represent the Education Department in meetings or events with customers and/or international marketing. * Support innovation and coordinate with Marketing on new product launches: testing, commercial arguments, and presentations.
