The company employs over 6\.400 people across 45 workplaces, most of which are Special Employment Centers, where more than 75% of staff members have disabilities. Its operations span Spain, Colombia, and Portugal. The role focuses on supporting team integration and development within an industrial laundry. Key responsibilities include facilitating employees’ adaptation to their roles, acting as a liaison between job requirements and individual capabilities, and fostering socio-professional skills to enhance daily performance. Continuous training and preventive support are also provided to anticipate and resolve issues affecting workplace well-being. The team consists of committed, empathetic individuals working collectively toward shared goals in a close-knit and human-centered setting. This is a temporary part-time contract.
