At Elis, Maintenance Assistants make all human and material resources available to production and the maintenance department to ensure optimal performance of production tools and appropriate planning thereof, working collaboratively with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction. * You will ensure compliance with quality, logistics, and safety standards and promote participatory development. * Strong management skills, communication and organizational abilities, and capacity for people leadership are essential. * You possess technical knowledge of industrial maintenance and familiarity with Elis’s production equipment: washing tunnels, industrial dryers, conveyors, calenders. * You will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of all plant machinery. * You will organize and plan corrective and preventive maintenance. * You will ensure maintenance teams carry out periodic checks of all operational parameters. * You will actively contribute to enforcing occupational health and safety regulations. * You will continuously seek innovative solutions to problems arising in your area and participate in improvement proposals as part of a team. * You will serve as the liaison with the production department. * You will collaborate with the HR department to recruit, integrate, lead, and manage your teams. **Responsibilities, leadership, motivating remuneration — are you tempted?** Yes?
