Requirements: We are seeking an HR Technician for the SOC’s Joves en Pràctiques (Youth in Practice) Program, for the URV Foundation. - Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Labour Relations and Employment; degrees in Psychology, Business Administration and Management, or Law are also accepted. The degree must have been completed within the last three years prior to signing the employment contract, or within the last five years for candidates with a certified disability of 33% or higher. - Must be aged between 16 and 29 years and registered in the National Youth Guarantee System Register as a beneficiary, at least one day prior to signing the employment contract. - Must be registered with the corresponding Catalan Public Employment Service Office as an unemployed jobseeker (DONO), at least one day prior to signing the employment contract. - Must be eligible to formalise a training employment contract aimed at acquiring professional practice experience. Working conditions: Type of contract: Training employment contract for professional practice acquisition, duration: 12 months. Working hours: Monday to Friday mornings / two afternoons per week; full-time (100%). Workplace: Tarragona, postal code: 43007. Salary: Annual gross salary of €17,906 (€1,279 x 14 payments). The selected candidate joining the URV Foundation’s HR Department will support core HR functions: recruitment and selection, employment contracting, management of project-based grants, attendance tracking, occupational risk prevention, etc., thereby gaining comprehensive HR department competencies. The candidate will become part of the HR team and may participate in courses and activities promoted by the URV Foundation. This contract is awarded pursuant to Resolution EMT/2815/2025 of 11 July 2025, granting subsidies for training contracts aimed at acquiring professional practice under the 2025 call for the SOC–JOVES EN PRÀCTIQUES (Youth in Practice) Programme (Reference BDNS 846656).
