Computer skills and meticulous organizational abilities are valued. In Sant Andreu de la Barca, Barcelona, we are looking for someone to take on a general HR support role. Your responsibilities will include contract management and administration, absenteeism tracking, and working hours control. You will also handle other administrative tasks related to the workforce. You must have prior experience in a similar environment, such as consulting firms or companies with large teams. It is essential that you possess labor management expertise and stay current with applicable regulations. Proficiency in computer tools and attendance tracking systems, along with being organized and detail-oriented, will be highly valued. This is a temporary replacement contract, full-time, with flexible working hours. The schedule runs from Monday to Thursday, with flexible start times between 8:00 and 9:00, and end times between 17:00 and 18:00, including a 30-minute lunch break. On Fridays, you will work from 8:00 to 15:00.
