For new projects in the Real Estate sector, we are seeking a **JUNIOR ARCHITECT FOR STUDIES AND BIM PROJECTS**, reporting directly to management. **Fuengirola**
**Responsibilities**
* + The main responsibility will be the development of Preliminary Studies, Basic Projects, and Construction Drawings for Residential, Hotel, and Commercial Buildings.
+ Participation in project development across all phases.
**Requirements**
* + Degree in Architecture
+ Previous experience, either professional or through internships, in architectural firms will be valued.
+ Knowledge and experience with BIM methodology
**Competencies**
* + Specific training in Architecture
+ Experience or knowledge of REVIT is required
+ Knowledge of other BIM design applications or software will be valued
+ Additional knowledge in architecture, construction, MEP and structural engineering will be considered an advantage
+ Methodical, proactive individual, enthusiastic, eager to learn, and keen to work as part of a team.
