For new projects in the Real Estate sector, we are seeking a **JUNIOR ARCHITECT FOR STUDIES AND BIM PROJECTS**, reporting to Management. **Fuengirola** **Responsibilities** * + The main responsibility will be the development of Preliminary Studies, Basic Projects, and Construction Drawings for Residential, Hotel, and Commercial Buildings. + Will participate in project development across all phases. **Requirements** * + Degree in Architecture + Previous experience, either professional or through internships, in other architectural firms will be valued. + Knowledge and experience in BIM methodology **Competencies** * + Specific training in Architecture + Experience or knowledge of REVIT is required + Knowledge of other BIM design applications or software will be valued + Additional knowledge in architecture, construction, MEP and structural engineering will be considered advantageous + Methodical, proactive individual, enthusiastic, eager to learn, and keen to work as part of a team. **Work Location** * + Fuengirola, Málaga **Languages** * + English level: B2 desirable **What we offer** * + Immediate incorporation + Long-term project + Genuine opportunities for growth + Company and project in clear expansion. + We are looking for architecture enthusiasts eager to grow professionally.
