Apply to this job offer Share: * ### **Experience** 2–3 years of experience * ### **Salary** Unspecified remuneration * ### **Area \- Position** **Construction and Real Estate** + Building Construction Manager + Installation Construction Manager * ### **Category or Level** Middle Management * ### **Vacancies** 1 * ### **Applicants** 0 * ### **Contract Type** Indefinite-term Contract * ### **Working Hours** Full-time Ongoing selection process. ### **Responsibilities** • Economic control of assigned construction projects. • Negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers; preparation of comparative analyses. • Supervision and control of contractors to ensure project quality and adherence to scheduled deadlines. • Technical resolution of issues arising during project implementation. • Comprehensive monitoring of the execution process for contracted works. • Liaison with property owners and the Project Director (D.F.). ### **Requirements** • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Technical Architecture / Building Engineering or equivalent. • Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years in a similar role managing construction projects. • Prior experience in Retail-type construction projects is considered a plus. • Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training, minimum Basic Level (60 hours). • Proficiency in design tools: AUTOCAD/M4/PRESTO/OFFICE. • Willingness to travel nationwide for project monitoring. • Valid driver’s license. • Class B driving license. ### **Offered** • Immediate integration into an established company. • Flexible working hours. • Stable position. • Salary commensurate with experience. **OFIMOR GROUP** ---------------- * Construction
