The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a specific kitchen section, ensuring the preparation and presentation of dishes according to the hotel's standards. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate activities within their kitchen station. * Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and specifications provided by the executive chef. * Ensure dish quality and presentation before service. * Manage ingredient inventory and place orders when necessary. * Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety within their station. * Train and supervise kitchen assistants and other team members. * Collaborate with other section leaders and the executive chef for menu planning and special events. * Innovate and propose new ideas to improve dishes and kitchen efficiency. **Requirements:** * Previous experience as a Kitchen Section Leader or similar role in upscale hotels or restaurants. * Solid knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment operation. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Culinary or gastronomy education. * Commitment to quality and continuous improvement. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
