We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in the comprehensive management of national and European public grants and funding. This position requires expertise in the preparation, monitoring, and technical and financial justification of funded projects, ensuring strict compliance with applicable regulations. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Grant Management and Justification: * Monitor the technical and financial aspects of public and private grants, ensuring compliance with objectives, indicators, and regulations. * Verify expense eligibility and correct allocation according to national legislation and the specific rules of each call. * Prepare and submit technical and financial justifications within established deadlines. * Keep all supporting documentation up to date. Administrative Support and Internal Coordination: * Manage electronic platforms for grant submission and monitoring (NextGenerationEU, FEDER, FSE+, Electronic Offices, etc.). * Participate in the planning and internal monitoring of current and future calls. Skills and Competencies * Organized, meticulous person with strong analytical skills. * Ability to work autonomously, interpret regulations, and make decisions based on technical criteria. * Detail-oriented, committed to meeting deadlines and ensuring document quality. * Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external teams. Valued Technical Knowledge * Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial tracking tools. * Experience with grant management platforms (NextGen, FEDER, FSE, Electronic Offices). * Experience with ContaSol, FactuSol and/or project CRMs will be valued. WHAT TO EXPECT IN OUR TEAM? * Contract: Permanent full-time, with a probation period according to the collective agreement. * Working hours: 35 hours per week, promoting work-life balance. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 15:00h (15 minutes break) * Salary: Annual gross salary range between 24,000 and 27,000 euros, depending on experience and profile. * Work mode: On-site in Málaga. No option for remote or hybrid work. **Requirements:** --------------- Essential Requirements * University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, International Relations, or related fields. * Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing and justifying public grants and funding, particularly within the third sector or non-profit organizations. * Practical and up-to-date knowledge of national and European grant regulations (General Subsidies Law, EU Regulations, specific grant terms, etc.)
