We are looking for an **Engineering Manager** with a Mobile background to lead our cross-functional mobile applications team **(React Native**). This is the most important. * Prior experience leading engineering teams (as Engineering Manager or Technical Lead). * More than 5 years of software development experience, with solid background in mobile (React Native / iOS / Android). * Ability to grow and lead high-performing engineering teams. * Experience in hiring, mentoring, and growing diverse technical teams. * Managing team career plans, coaching, and promotions. * Experience working in a highly collaborative environment: knowing how to define an efficient product workflow and iterating on this dynamic to drive a team that frequently releases code to production. * Mastery of team performance metrics and continuous performance improvement. * Experience using JIRA as a product backlog management tool. * Knowledge of architecture practices, CI/CD, repository management, and deployment in cloud environments. * Autonomy and proactivity, taking responsibility for your work. * Excellent teamwork skills.
