As a Techno-Pedagogical Designer and Academic Support Specialist, your primary mission will be to support the design, development, and enhancement of the learning experience by implementing techno-pedagogical solutions, creating and maintaining resources on virtual platforms, and guiding faculty in using digital methodologies and tools. Additionally, you will support the management, organization, and updating of teaching materials and methodological guidelines, contributing to the proper integration of content into the Virtual Campus and to the continuous improvement of programs. ##### **Key Responsibilities** **Drive digital learning experiences** * Participate in the design and implementation of innovative pedagogical and technological solutions. * Advise faculty on instructional design, online methodologies, and digital tools. * Ensure coherence and quality of courses and programs in virtual environments. **Manage and optimize virtual environments** * Create, maintain, and optimize activities and resources in Moodle and other digital platforms. * Provide functional and technical support to faculty and participants. * Monitor the virtual environment, identify incidents, and coordinate solutions with relevant departments. **Create digital educational resources** * Participate in the conceptualization and development of digital materials, video-learnings, and educational resources. * Develop tutorials, manuals, and support materials to facilitate the use of digital tools. **Contribute to innovation and academic support** * Support the integration and maintenance of methodological guidelines and teaching materials in the Virtual Campus. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of academic and operational processes. ##### **Requirements** * Degree in pedagogy, education, educational technology, instructional design, e-learning, or related fields. * Prior knowledge and experience in instructional design, LMS (Moodle) management, or techno-pedagogical support. * Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to support multiple tasks or projects simultaneously. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and engage effectively with diverse profiles. * Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. * Ability to translate pedagogical needs into applied solutions within learning environments. * Curiosity and willingness to explore and incorporate AI tools applied to learning. * Minimum English proficiency level: B2. * Particularly valued: + Experience in higher education institutions or international academic settings. + Familiarity with active methodologies and online learning. + Experience in developing multimedia or audiovisual resources. ##### **What We Offer** At EADA, we are committed to creating a professional environment where people can develop and grow.
