In our Learning \& Development team, you will have the opportunity to gain firsthand insight into all areas of the Human Health business unit and participate in key projects that drive the growth of our teams. During this experience, you will not only learn about training and development but also collaborate with various departments and roles, giving you a holistic view of the organization. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * You will support the design, implementation, and monitoring of training and development campaigns and initiatives, gaining practical insight into how the department operates. * You will collaborate on preparing and analyzing reports on training and development activities, working with data to extract insights that support the team’s decision-making. * You will support internal communication for departmental projects, helping ensure information reaches different teams clearly and effectively. You will interact with various areas and stakeholders, gaining a broad perspective of the business and the role of learning within the organization. * **What type of candidate are we looking for?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or related fields. * **Technical Skills:** Ability to interpret data and prepare structured reports (Power BI, etc., preferred). * **Competencies:** Interpersonal skills: strong communication and willingness to engage with diverse teams.
