




Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical, data-driven professional focused on funnels and conversion to optimize ecommerce performance through user behavior analysis and continuous improvement based on metrics. We seek a highly analytical profile, data-oriented, focused on funnels and conversion, who wishes to grow in a digital environment by working on ecommerce performance optimization. This is not a design or visual UX role: it is a data-centric role focused on user behavior and continuous improvement driven by metrics. Main Responsibilities 1. Conversion Analysis & Optimization (CRO) * Analyze user behavior (funnel, navigation, checkout, scroll, etc.). * Identify data-driven opportunities to improve ecommerce conversion. * Support the definition and analysis of experiments (A/B testing). * Participate in prioritizing improvements with Ecommerce & Product teams. * Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights. 2. Web Analytics & Reporting * Analyze key KPIs: conversion, funnels, channel performance, behavior. * Create dashboards in GA4 / Looker Studio. * Interpret data to guide business decisions. 3. Support for Digital Projects * Collaborate in coordinating a strategic digital project. * Track roadmap, tasks, and internal/external dependencies. MUST-HAVE: * 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital analytics, or performance. * Experience with GA4 and reporting tools (Looker, Data Studio). * Genuine interest in CRO, analytics, and data-driven optimization. * Highly structured, analytical, and experimentation-oriented mindset. * Ability to prioritize, self-organize, and manage multiple workflows simultaneously. NICE-TO-HAVE: * Knowledge of tagging (GTM), events, pixels. * Familiarity with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, etc.). * General understanding of UX (quantitative perspective only, not design). * Experience working with ecommerce or digital product teams. * Being part of a strong, growing digital project with an international vision. * Accelerated learning in CRO, analytics, and ecommerce. * Progressive autonomy and visibility of the impact of your work. * A dynamic team and a culture of continuous improvement.
