The primary role of the housing assistant is to provide **direct assistance at the private homes of assigned individuals** (maximum of 8 persons) and carry out previously agreed-upon tasks outlined in each person’s Individualized Care Plan, aiming to promote their autonomy across all areas of quality of life. The housing assistant must also register each service (including its specific features) in the SSAPLL database and actively participate in the monthly meetings held with the service’s technical team. **Location:** TARRAGONA \- PROVINCE **Detailed job responsibilities:** General responsibilities to be performed: \- Direct assistance to beneficiaries through periodic visits scheduled by quadrant. \- Planning visit content for beneficiaries based on objectives set forth in their Individualized Care Plan and in coordination with the rest of the team. \- Identifying potential needs and reporting them to the rest of the team. \- Providing follow-up reports to the technical team. \- Participating in team meetings (monthly). \- Providing information for the comprehensive assessment of PAI follow-up. \- Collecting requests from beneficiaries. \- Working consistently with the company’s Code of Ethics and SSAPLL principles. \- Knowing and respecting professional rights and duties regarding confidentiality of beneficiary data and organizational information. \- Conducting direct interventions across different PAI domains, adapting flexibly to the evolving needs throughout the beneficiary’s life. \- Any other function expressly assigned according to its nature \- Any other function expressly assigned according to its nature. **Requirements:** * 1 year of experience.
