Key responsibilities include direct support to the assembly team, collaborating on essential auxiliary tasks to ensure continuity and efficiency of the production process. The candidate will participate in material handling and movement within the facility, including operation of a manual pallet truck, for which valid training certification is required. Additionally, the candidate will actively contribute to rework processes, performing necessary adjustments and refinements to ensure final product quality standards. Support will also be provided in packaging and preparing products for shipment, and collaboration will extend to continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to workplace order, organization, and proper facility maintenance. To perform this role, prior experience in individual assembly line work is required, along with strong proficiency in using both hand and power tools. Fundamental knowledge of basic electronics, keen attention to detail, and problem-solving ability are essential.
