What we offer * **Training contract for internships** through the **Youth Guarantee Programme** * **Duration:** 12 months * **Start date:** January / February * **Real possibility of continuation** and indefinite incorporation upon completion of the training period * **Full-time position:** 37.5 hours per week * **Flexible working hours:** Entry times between 8:00 and 10:00 Monday to Thursday; departure times between 17:00 and 19:00. Fridays are intensive workdays, with the option to enjoy a **second afternoon off per week.** * **Remote work:** We value work–life balance and offer the possibility of partial remote work starting from month three. Main responsibilities As a **Junior Consultant**, you will support various projects and learn all phases of the project cycle: * Researching and processing **quantitative and qualitative information** * Participating in **fieldwork**, interviews, focus groups, or other activities * Supporting project organisation and logistics * Drafting sections of **reports, summaries, and technical documents** * Collaborating on the preparation of **technical proposals** (public or private) * Participating in meetings and presentations with clients or project stakeholders alongside the team * Registered in the **National Youth Guarantee System** as a beneficiary. * Registered at SOC as an unemployed jobseeker (**DONO**). * Hold a university degree in **Sociology, Anthropology, Political Science, Psychology, Economics, Pedagogy**, or similar fields, obtained no more than three years ago. * Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish is essential; English or French is not mandatory but will be considered favourably. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital tools. * Interest in **social research, consultancy, and the third sector**
