### **Vacant position** Educational support teacher ### **Category** Workshop facilitator ### **Department** Socio-educational Projects Area ### **Schedule** Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and Tuesdays and Fridays from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM \+ 1.5 hours of preparation ### **Salary** According to the Leisure Sector Collective Agreement ### **Contract** Fixed-term discontinuous contract \- 8.5 hours per week ### **Duration** From January to May 31 ### **Workplace** Educational support teacher ### **Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education, Pedagogy, or Psychology; or currently enrolled in the final two years of such a degree program. ### **Preferred qualifications** Experience in the sector. ### **Requirements** Staff responsibilities: * Planning, facilitating, and implementing daily activities. * Identifying students’ needs * Managing the group * Recording daily workshop attendance * Collecting data for evaluation and reporting (surveys for families and students) * Communicating with families * Coordinating with teaching staff from educational centers. ### **Offered** An 8.5-hour weekly schedule offered on weekday afternoons, Monday through Friday. ### **Essential requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education, Pedagogy, or Psychology; or currently enrolled in the final two years of such a degree program.
