At Trivière Partners, we are selecting a **Supermarket Manager** to join an established food-sector company in Rubí. We seek a candidate with experience in **store management, leadership of small teams, stock control, ordering, restocking, shrinkage, and customer service**, who wishes to undertake a stable project with autonomy and responsibility. **What we offer:** * Permanent contract. * Fixed annual salary of **€20.000 gross/year + variable up to €3.000**. * Full-time on-site position. * Stable project within an established and growing company. * Autonomy in daily point-of-sale management. Your responsibilities: * Manage the supermarket’s daily operations. * Organize staff shifts, schedules, and vacations. * Supervise ordering, supply, stock, and restocking. * Monitor shrinkage, store KPIs, sales, and profitability. * Coordinate, motivate, and support the team. * Ensure a positive customer shopping experience. * Resolve day-to-day store incidents. What we’re looking for: * Prior experience as a **Store Manager, Store Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Department Head** in supermarkets, food retail, or similar retail environments. * Experience managing small teams. * Knowledge of stock management, ordering, restocking, cash handling, shrinkage, and store operations. * Fluent Spanish and Catalan. * An organized, solution-oriented person focused on customers and results.
