Job Summary: We are seeking a geriatric care assistant for a senior residence, with a service-oriented vocation, providing direct care and complementary tasks to ensure residents' well-being. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct attention and support in daily activities for elderly people. 2. Assistance in maintaining order and organization of the facility. 3. Training in auxiliary care and a vocation for working with elderly people. The selected candidate will perform duties typical of this position at a senior residence, including: **Direct Resident Care** * Support in basic activities of daily living (personal hygiene, mobilization, accompaniment). * Supervision of nighttime rest and overall well-being. * Administration of basic care following instructions from the medical team. **Complementary Tasks** * **Cleaning of common areas** during the night shift. * **Washing dinner dishes** and organizing the pantry area. * **Folding sheets and towels**, and **distributing them to rooms**. * **Restocking diapers** and other hygiene supplies in cabinets. * Collaboration in maintaining order and organization of the facility. Formal training in auxiliary care and a vocation for working with elderly people are mandatory.
