To that end, we need someone enthusiastic, committed, honest, and willing to learn daily. One of our essential goals is for you to feel comfortable at work and within the team, enabling you to deliver your best and grow professionally. **What will my responsibilities be?** ---------------------------------------------- On a day-to-day basis, you may perform any of the following tasks: ERP Odoo planning and implementation, remote client training, resolving queries and incidents, project management, requirements gathering and analysis, defining and analyzing business workflows—and, of course, continuous learning. Meritocracy prevails in our team, so your ceiling is set by you. #### **Essential Requirements** Autonomy, strong adaptation to remote work, and ability to self-manage time * General or administrative business knowledge * Ability to work collaboratively in a team * Proficiency in EXCEL * Strong writing skills and good spelling * Ability to communicate effectively with all types of clients * Basic English proficiency #### **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience with ERP systems * Basic accounting knowledge * Analytical ability * Basic technical knowledge (programming) * Basic knowledge of git and Docker * Experience managing social media or a blog * Catalan language proficiency at C2 level * Other languages such as French or Portuguese #### **Highly Valued Qualifications** * Experience working with Odoo * Experience working for an Odoo implementation company * Experience in project management * Experience in business management or as a self-employed professional * Professional experience as an accountant * Experience managing teams * Odoo Functional Certification * Experience with OCA
