




Job Summary: We are seeking a Concierge or Receptionist for a campsite with language proficiency and skills in customer service, front desk management, and problem resolution, while maintaining order and cleanliness. Teamwork and maintaining an organized work environment. We are seeking a Concierge or Receptionist for a campsite with knowledge of English, French, and German. Own vehicle required. Residence must be between Sabinillas and San Pedro de Alcántara. Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday: morning shift (8:00–16:00) or afternoon shift (16:00–24:00), with two rotating days off per week. Responsibilities: Guest check-in / check-out. Performing front desk duties. Responding to emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages. Processing sales at the minimarket, restocking merchandise, and managing lost items. Maintaining clean and orderly work areas daily. Public holidays require working. 30 days of vacation plus 14 public holidays. Public holidays will be distributed throughout the year along with days off. Open 365 days per year. Ability to effectively handle potentially stressful situations due to workload volume. Problem-solving capability regarding issues arising at the campsite. Desirable skills: Microsoft Office, social media.
