




Join our kitchen team at Casa Luz! **Tasks and Responsibilities** Assist in breakfast preparation. Perform mise en place before service begins. Keep the work area clean and organized. Assist in buffet setup or à la carte dish plating. Wash, disinfect, and store kitchen utensils and equipment. Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen and work areas. Ensure proper food storage and compliance with food hygiene and safety standards. Assist with inventory management and product storage. **Requirements** Previous kitchen experience, preferably in hotels or restaurants. Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure. Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. Proactive, organized, and responsible attitude.
