**About the role** Essity is hiring an **Organization Improvement Specialist** in its factory in Valls (Tarragona), who will join the Global Supply Chain team (GSC). The role of the Organization Improvement Specialist is to identify, lead, and execute the Continuous Improvement (CI) Strategy using Lean and CI methods within their assigned business in order to achieve measurable results. Reporting to the Community Builder Manager, your role will be to help **build, retain, and engage a strong community of freelancers** through various acquisition and engagement strategies. ### **Your missions** **Community Acquisition** * Benchmark actions and influencers from the freelancing ecosystem * Contribute to the organization of events (Go Entrepreneurs, webinars, Twitch lives…) * Coordinate community campaigns with the Marketing, Communication, and Design teams * Lead and promote our Referral Program * Analyse campaign statistics and propose improvements * Support business teams to align community needs with project opportunities **Community Retention** * Monitor and animate the LinkedIn Freelancers Group (\+5500 members) * Help develop and manage our partnership strategy * Maintain regular contact with community members to strengthen trust * Help animate our Ambassador Program and innovate new initiatives * Participate in the organization of community\-focused events (afterworks, networking sessions) **Community Reputation** * Share community highlights internally to ensure the entire LittleBig team stays informed and engaged ### **Your profile** * Enrolled in or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communication, or a related field * Excellent content creation skills in both **English and French** * Good time management and organization skills * Confident with social media platforms and able to drive visibility * Passion for Tech, the future of work, and independent consulting * Energetic, creative, and eager to take on challenges * Mastering generative AI such as ChatGPT for improving day\-to\-day productivity. ### **What we offer** ❤️ Thrive in the new digital business world Lead value\-added strategic projects with real business impact Experience working in a young and international environment Flexible work environment with remote work possibilities ‍ Access continuous training and skill development opportunities Take part in company events organized by our LittleBig Crew (afterworks, socials…) *LittleBig Connection is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
