**Within the Talent Management team**, you will participate in both external and internal talent selection and employee management, working closely with HRBP teams:
**Tasks:**
* Support the Talent team in all tasks related to Recruitment and Young Talent Programs: from initiating selection processes to onboarding.
* Data analysis (HR metrics).
* At program level, provide support for internship programs, trainee and apprentice programs. Additionally, assist the team in creating new programs.
* Collaborate in the definition and implementation of HR projects.
* Participate in identifying company talent and defining development programs.
* Monitor talent development stages.
* Participate in coordinating topics where HR Business Partners support business areas (promotions, evaluations, compensation, hiring).
* Support in content planning and preparation of presentations for the Executive Committee.
**Education:**
Bachelor's students in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations or related fields. A Master’s degree in HR is highly valued.
**VERY IMPORTANT**: You must be able to arrange an agreement with your university; otherwise, we cannot proceed with the application.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Languages: Fluent Spanish, English B2 level, German is a plus.
Other required competencies: Proactivity, Communication, Teamwork and People Orientation.
