The selected candidate will work closely with business and technology teams, participating in requirements analysis, functional design, and solution validation within an agile environment. **Responsibilities:** * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to insurance products and processes (Motor, Home, or Personal Accident). * Translate business rules, underwriting guidelines, and product logic into clear functional documentation for technical teams. * Develop detailed functional specifications for solution development. * Create business process models, use cases, user stories, BPMN diagrams, and rule-based decision matrices. * Collaborate in defining the functional architecture and data model from the business perspective. * Coordinate with developers, architects, testers, and Product Owners to ensure correct interpretation of requirements. * Participate in Sprint Planning, backlog refinement, and prioritization sessions in agile environments. * Provide functional support during development phases, resolving queries and performing functional validations. * Collaborate in defining and executing functional tests, verifying that developed solutions meet defined requirements. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Functional Analyst / Business Analyst in insurance-sector projects. * Knowledge of insurance products such as Motor, Home, or Personal Accident. * Experience in functional analysis and requirements documentation. * Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum or similar). * Ability to develop process models and structured functional documentation. * B2 level of English, mandatory for working in an international environment. functional analysis,
