**Tasks and Qualifications:**

**Mission:**
KION Group has implemented a new ERP and CRM system. For a defined period, additional personnel are required to compensate for gaps in the new system. Your mission will be to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring agility, accuracy, and correct processing of quotations, contracts, and orders in corporate systems to optimize the commercial cycle.
**Key responsibilities:**
* Quotation creation: Machine configuration in the system and modification of the commercial quotation document (Word).
* Contract and order management: Contract creation together with associated services, order processing, and addition of supplementary contract variants (48-, 60-, and 72-month terms).
* Modifications and adjustments: Management of local modifications, handling of local manual pallet trucks, inclusion of non-loaded attachments, and adjustment of quota targets.
* CRM / data management: Entering and recording commercial visits, lost opportunities, and new business opportunities (opportunities) into the system.
**Education, knowledge & experience:**
* Professional education in Administration, Commerce, or equivalent, with experience supporting related sectors.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* SAP knowledge is desirable.
* Written and reading English proficiency is valued; ability to understand received messages is considered a plus.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of CRM, SAP, or other management tools.
* Prior experience in commercial support.
**Competencies & skills:**
* Analytical ability with attention to technical detail.
* Proactivity in identifying needs and optimizing configurations.
* Organizational skills and ability to prioritize across concurrent projects.
* Office software proficiency.
**Functions and responsibilities related to the Integrated Management System:**
**Quality**
Comply with quality procedures and requirements related to quotation preparation and application analysis.
Ensure configurations meet contractual, legal, and safety requirements.
Collaborate in identifying and resolving technical issues.
Report relevant non-conformities to the QE Expert.
**Environmental**
Comply with environmental performance standards and good HSE practices in office settings.
Segregate office-generated waste.
**Health and Safety**
Apply internal HSE regulations for offices and customer facilities according to their CAE PRL.
Prevent and control job-related risks as identified in the risk assessment.
Forklift operator license if conducting demonstrations.
Defensive driving for company vehicles.
