We lead the development of cutting-edge technological solutions in defence and cybersecurity, participating in strategic European projects such as **EUCINF**, funded by the European Defence Fund (EDF), to strengthen cyber defence and protect critical infrastructure at the European level. **Join our team and lead innovation in cyber defence!** We are seeking a **Technical Lead** to lead the technical management of Agile teams and ensure excellence in developing advanced cybersecurity solutions. ### **What will you do?** * Lead the technical management of Agile development teams, defining the technical vision and ensuring product quality. * Participate in backlog definition, prioritisation, and refinement together with Product Owners and stakeholders. * Supervise sprint planning and execution, ensuring incremental and continuous deliveries. * Identify and manage technical risks and dependencies that may affect product delivery. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, technical innovation, and software development excellence. * Ensure integration of innovative solutions into cyber defence platforms, including situational awareness tools, monitoring, and risk analysis systems. * Guarantee compliance with defence and cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements. * Collaborate with architecture, security, operations, and other teams to ensure an integrated approach. * Prepare and conduct technical product demos for customers and stakeholders. * Coordinate technical documentation and processes to ensure proper product transfer and operation. ### **What are we looking for in you?** Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the criteria.
