Join our team and participate in strategic projects that make a difference in the field of defense and security! ### **What will you do?** ✅ You will be responsible for the **evolution and continuous improvement** of the **Custos (MEGAPORT), iForenLIBS, and Faedo** products, ensuring their growth and adaptation to market needs. ✅ You will maintain **direct contact with the customer**, the project manager, and the development team. ✅ You will conduct high-level product analysis to optimize their **manufacturing** and facilitate their **deployment with new customers**. ✅ You will coordinate the planning and execution of improvements, guaranteeing **quality and innovation**. ✅ You will manage a **development team**, fostering collaboration and goal achievement. ✅ During your first months, you will frequently travel to the **León center** to gain in-depth knowledge of the products. ### **What are we looking for in you?** **Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements—we want to get to know you!** **Essential Requirements:** Degree in **Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or Physics**. Certifications in **radiological detection systems**. **Personal Skills:** Strong capacity for learning.
