To achieve this, we are seeking a **Divisional Assistant** for our local office. **What do we expect from you?** You will manage the flow of information received for the national-level commercialization of products on e-commerce platforms. To do so, you must coordinate with divisions to define the content and information required to publish a product on each website. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Publish new product launches or any other requested products according to divisional or website-responsible personnel guidelines. * Implement product modifications as directed by divisions or international business units. * Feature products on homepage and manage associated e-commerce tools. * Publish promotional gifts (Reference A). * Remove products from publication per divisional guidelines. * Upload product-related files, such as technical datasheets, safety data sheets, supplementary information, or other attachments. * Coordinate photography with external photographers, in-house brands, or third-party brands—typically for new product launches. * Upload product videos to the YouTube channel. * Link videos to corresponding web product pages. * Perform basic image editing using Photoshop. * Provide lists of published products upon request. * Validate invoices with external photographers. * Verify publishable references—even if not yet published. **This is what awaits you at Proclinic Group. REQUIREMENTS **Hard Skills:** * Ideally 1–2 years’ experience in marketing/purchasing; experience in other company departments is valued for better understanding of its product portfolio. * Degree in Business Administration or Marketing. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency is desirable. * Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office skills. * Knowledge of sales, product-market positioning, and competitive landscape is desirable. * Experience/knowledge/training in the dental sector is desirable. **Soft Skills:** * We need an active individual with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * The person we hire will coordinate across various departments, requiring excellent communication skills, flexibility, and proactivity.
