Do you want to join the Happiness Industry? **We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for one of our 4* Hotels located in Barcelona.** What will be your responsibilities? * Identify all equipment subject to maintenance. * Verify and execute the preventive and corrective maintenance plan. * Inspect the condition of facilities, machinery, and equipment. * Coordinate and supervise outsourced maintenance services and regulatory inspections. * Carry out basic routine building maintenance repairs, aligned with requirements communicated by other hotel departments, as well as needs identified during implementation of the preventive maintenance plans. * Keep Management and the Regional Maintenance Manager informed regarding the status of facilities and machinery, as well as the performance of suppliers and outsourced maintenance companies. What are we looking for? * Knowledge of **electricity and hydraulics.** * Knowledge of general building plumbing, electrical installations, Fire Protection Systems, fault detection, HVAC systems, and Domestic Hot Water production. * Knowledge of legionella control and prevention (for facilities with spas and swimming pools). * Prior experience in hotel or large building maintenance. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday. * Availability to work weekends and public holidays. * Possession of a **motorcycle.** * We seek a dynamic individual with sufficient autonomy to manage the hotel’s maintenance department, possessing strong learning ability, adaptability, and a service-oriented, highly available mindset.
