GYMNASTICS WORKSHOP FACILITATOR - REUS

Description

The Pere Tarrés Foundation is seeking a facilitator to lead the Gim&Fun workshop at CCC Reus - La Rambla. This workshop is aimed at children and their families, with the objective of fostering the development of basic motor skills through play and movement, while simultaneously promoting joint participation, affective bonding, and cooperation in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment. Plan and facilitate Gim&Fun sessions adapted to children and their families. Design playful activities targeting fundamental gymnastics skills such as balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength. Encourage joint participation of adults and children, supporting affective bonding and trust. Adapt activities to participants’ needs, ages, and paces. Ensure the safety, well-being, and active participation of all attendees. Promote an inclusive, respectful, and cooperative environment. Coordinate with the Pere Tarrés Foundation team and the center to ensure proper workshop implementation. Track attendance, report incidents, and maintain equipment and spaces used. * Minimum 1 month of experience. Prior experience facilitating leisure, psychomotor, bodily expression, or sports activities for children and families will be valued. Experience in group facilitation, planning playful and educational activities, as well as skills to encourage participation, cooperation, and creation of a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment will also be considered. * PROFESSIONAL SPECIALIZATION QUALIFICATION * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: We seek a dynamic, creative individual with experience facilitating children’s and family activities. * Temporary employment contract (2 months) * Part-time schedule (8 hours per month) * Additional relevant information: Start date: 30/06/2026 End date: 21/07/2026 Day: Tuesday Schedule: 10:00–11:30 AM Location: CCC Reus - La Rambla
