You define us—you make SGS. **Job Description** At **SGS**, we are looking for a **Mechanical Engineer or equivalent** to join our Inspection and Technical Assistance team and support one of our major clients located in **Martorell**. **Your Mission:** Ensure the correct development, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems and components in the industrial plant, thereby safeguarding mechanical integrity and preventing failures, environmental damage, and safety hazards. *Will you take on the challenge?* **Your Responsibilities in the Team:** * Identify all mechanical components in the plant: piping, valves, tanks, etc. * Prepare documentary records specifying equipment data and applicable regulatory standards. * Execute the **preventive maintenance testing plan**. **Requirements** **What kind of person does the team need?** * You hold a Bachelor’s degree or **Industrial Engineering** degree with a specialization in **Mechanics**, or equivalent. * You possess **English language proficiency at B2 level**, required to understand English-language regulations and technical datasheets. * You hold a valid **driver’s license**, necessary to access your workplace.
